Booking an appointment.

 Thank you for putting trust  in my artistry. This is about creating an experience that’s personal, comfortable, and memorable. Every piece is crafted with intention, and I take the time to ensure that the process feels as unique as you are.

I work Monday through Friday starting at 11:30am. I don’t tattoo past 6pm, and I do not work weekends. 

I will try my best to respond to emails within 48 hours, but I don’t work weekends so please give extra time over weekends. 

Your appointment will not be confirmed until I receive a confirmation email and deposit. 

Pricing & Payment.

 

My rate is $175 per hour. This includes stencil time but not printing time. If you have a change of mind on the entire design (such as something new entirely)  less than 48 hours before your appointment I will have to charge for drawing time. 

Of course any time will be taken off the total for water snack breaks and if there is anything on my part such as equipment issues.

My minimum is $150 for pieces that take less than an hour.

I will try my best to relate the price range to you of what I predict the tattoo might cost. Know that once the design is finished I can give a more accurate number. 

Flash and “available designs” will always come out to be slightly less than custom work. 

I upcharge $50 to the final cost for ribcage, low back and stomach.

Day of appointment I only accept cash. If the total is below $250 I can accept Venmo or card. There is a 4% upcharge for using cards.

I take a $50 to $100  deposit for smaller pieces. Larger pieces taking more than 1 day is a $200 deposit.. Venmo is @scorpiomoontattoo

Deposit will still apply to the tattoo if needing to reschedule. Please don’t come into the studio if you are sick. Besides illness, PLEASE try to reschedule appointments with more than 72 hour notice so I am able to fill the spot. 

Deposit will be kept and no longer apply if you cancel the appointment, reschedule twice, or reschedule day of or night before for unknown reason. 

Please understand that this is my livelihood and full time job, without your appointments I don’t make an income.

Day of tattoo.

Please do not drink alcohol the night before OR day of your appointment. Get plenty of rest and hydrate 24 hours before your tattoo. Bring a water bottle and snacks, we do not provide those. 

Wear loose clothing for easy access to the area to be tattoo’d. If you’re getting a sternum or rib piece please bring pasties. If you are getting an upper thigh tattoo bring an extra pair of spandex or loose shorts. DON’T WEAR WHITE CLOTHING. Please wear black if able.

Please arrive on time, DM if running late. If you are coming from out of town this is helpful for me to know. Please do not set timely plans on the day of your tattoo, some tattoos take longer than expected and this is not a process we want to rush. 

You are welcome to bring a friend or loved one to the appointment but please limit to one extra person as we don’t have many chairs or space. Children are NOT allowed in the tattoo shop. If you have an infant that is not walking yet you are welcome to have them attended by an adult in the waiting room. The tattoo shop is full of expensive art, sharp objects, and is a sanitary environment. Please respect this.
